Physical Orders (Standard Sales)
Processing Time
Orders are processed after confirmation. Preparation and processing take 1–7 business days.
Dispatch
This timeframe refers to the dispatch time from our warehouse or the artisan's workshop, not the final delivery date.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is in transit.
Artisan & Marketplace Sales
Direct Shipping
Artisans are responsible for shipping their own products. If your order contains items from multiple Artisans, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Artisan Processing
Handmade or custom-made items may have specific processing times as noted on the product page.
Auction Rules & Delivery (Open Auctions)
Payment Deadline
Once an auction is won, the winner must complete the payment within 24-48 hours. Failure to do so may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.
Shipping After Payment
Shipping procedures for auction items begin only after the full payment is cleared.
Final Sale
Auction items are often unique or one-of-a-kind; please review the item description carefully, as returns on auction wins may be restricted.

Instant Delivery
Digital products and memberships are activated immediately upon successful payment.
Access
You can manage your digital assets through your Ultimate Member profile dashboard.
Important Shipping Notes
Business Days
Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
Carrier Responsibility
Any delays or damages during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
For orders outside of Turkey, the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
