The observatory of the returning urge
A small open-roof tower with a single bench facing a wide horizon. A slow-rotating brass ring overhead marks the urge's arc (rise, peak, fall) over ~3 minutes. Substrate enforces: any urge brought through the door rises, peaks, and falls within one rotation — but only if attention is curious, not combative.
