What Oracle knows about you
Oracle AI reads only what you share in the current conversation plus the memory layers you have explicitly built — episodic moments, semantic patterns, procedural habits, and relational signals. It does not access your device, your contacts, or any data outside the Essentia Memoria platform.
- ◈Oracle reads your declared mood, mindset, and Oracle conversation history.
- ◈Memory nodes are built from your explicit inputs (mood logs, Oracle conversations, quiz results).
- ◈Oracle does not read your private messages, forum posts marked private, or files you have not shared.
- ◈Every Oracle response is generated fresh — previous sessions are summarised, not replayed verbatim.
What is stored — and what is not
We store only what is necessary for the product to work. The table below summarises what we keep, for how long, and where.

Your control
You own your memory. These controls are always available in your account settings:
- ◈Erase individual memory nodes at any time.
- ◈Delete your Oracle conversation history.
- ◈Export your full data archive as encrypted JSON (soul archive).
- ◈Delete your account — this removes all associated data within 30 days.
- ◈Request a data access report via our contact form.
Infrastructure & encryption
- ◈All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- ◈We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.
- ◈AI model providers receive only the minimum context needed to generate a response.
- ◈Servers are hosted in the EU under GDPR jurisdiction.
- ◈We do not use your data to train external AI models.
AI limitations & mental health boundary
Oracle is an AI assistant — not a therapist, doctor, or crisis counsellor. It is designed to help you reflect on your mood and direction, not to replace professional mental health support.
- ◈Oracle does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical advice.
- ◈If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a local crisis line.
- ◈Oracle will not claim to "know your fate" or make deterministic predictions about your life.
- ◈Mood readings are reflective tools — they are not medical assessments.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us privately before disclosing it publicly. We commit to responding within 48 hours.
